Intern Responsibilities:Gain experience in project coordination by:Assisting with meeting scheduling, set up, logistics, and note taking/meeting minutesCoordinating with team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on trackDetermining the resources and tasks required for successful project executionFacilitating meetings to stay on top of team needsIdentifying and resolving issues with team membersContribute to project execution by:Coordinating and executing projects through effective communication with team membersCreating and implementing plans focused on attaining project goalsEvaluating project performance and completion to identify areas for improvement
Eligibility Requirement:Applicants for this internship program must meet one of the following criteria:Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit for the internship.Must be able to demonstrate that the internship is integrated with their coursework, enhancing their educational experience.Must fulfill specific educational requirements set by their institution, department, or major program of study.
Suggested Qualifications:Degree/profile in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies, etc.Fluent English (Bilingual is a plus)Business-oriented and open-mindedGood communication skills Able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease Able to cope with pressure Flexible and adaptable
Duration, Schedule & Pay:This will be a 4-6 month unpaid internship with the potential to stay on with us after completion of the internship.We are looking for either 1 full-time intern or 2 part-time interns (one morning, one afternoon)Full-time Schedules: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST with an hour break for lunchor Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM EST with an hour break for lunchPart-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM or 2 PM - 6 PM EST
