📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. This position is responsible for administration and support of the credit union’s Hyland OnBase and SharePoint application environments. This position will also lead records management discovery sessions with business units and lead projects related to areas of expertise.
Requirements for this position include prior administration experience with Hyland OnBase (or Fiserv Nautilus). Familiarity with setup and maintenance of workflows, forms and WorkView is preferred.
Qualified candidates should have experience with technical writing, analytical and problem-solving skills and prior experience in a professional technical support role. Desirable qualifications include prior experience with SharePoint/M365, change management and project management principles/understanding.
This is a work from home position based out of our North Saint Paul office working in-office two times per month.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with other hours as needed. This individual will work on a Saturday rotation working on Saturday every eight weeks from 9 AM to 12 PM (Saturdays worked are remote and the weekly schedule will be adjusted to maintain a 40 hour work week).
