📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Immediate and fully remote opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join industry leading company in the Hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
Gather and refine requirements for Hotel's next generation Property Management System (PMS) and the integration with a newly developed Tax Fee Surcharge engine (TFS) Coordinate the documentation, analysis, and validation of functional requirements, in partnership with Property product and business stakeholders Work with multiple Technology workstreams to ensure project objectives are being met and the projects are completed on time and on budget Effectively communicate and participate in cross-functional teams and successfully identify risks and issues to manage expectations and to mitigate identified risks to delivery commitments
Requirements
Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field Two (2) years of Hotel experience, preferably in Front Office/Hotel Operations Knowledge of Property Management systems
Nice To Haves
Four (4) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field Three (3) + of Hotel experience, preferably in Front Office/Hotel Operations Two (2) + years experience as a Business Analyst Knowledge of tax & fee calculation rules for hospitality for US domestic and international markets Knowledge of the Agile Methodology and prominent tools such as Jira and Confluence
