Position Overview/Responsibilities For The Instructor Trainer
Candidate must have experience in training multiple modules within PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), and candidate must be able to articulate information related to module training during the interview. Experience in PeopleSoft FSCM is not equivalent and will not be considered. Preference will be given to trainers with Texas state agency PeopleSoft (branded CAPPS HR/Payroll) training experience. This is a hybrid remote position as some in-office work to conduct training classes may be required. Candidate must reside in Texas, preferably in Austin.
Required Skills For The Instructor Trainer
8+ years’ experience developing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training courses. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific module training development. 8+ years’ experience delivering PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific modules trained. 8+ years’ experience creating instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management specific modules.
