Responsibilities
#1 Executive Support:
Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence (email, letters).Coordinate and manage expense reports.Proactively anticipate the executive's needs and ensure they are addressed efficiently.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
#2 Office Management:
Making payments through accounting or human talent platforms; verifying vehicle insurance; verifying corporate credit card expenses.Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient environment.Manage office budget and resources, including ordering supplies and equipment.Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document organization and retrieval.Coordinate with the facilities department to ensure proper maintenance of office space.Support administrative staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
#3 Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a pivotal point of contact for internal and external inquiries, managing communication flow.Professionally answer phones, screen calls, and compose emails.Coordinate and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, executives, and external partners.
#4 Technology:

Qualifications
