Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies to meet client needs and goals Identify new business opportunities and trends Create and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products or services Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients
```Qualifications```
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in Green industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and influence others Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the sales industry Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
