JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, ON SITE!!
1 year of experience in a high-volume customer facing environment
Preferably in Home furnishing.
Sales in Kids Bedroom area
Merchandise/signage/stock/sales
HOURS – From 12-20 hours per week
5 days availability needed.
SHIFT – Seeking work schedule availability open all day's minimum 4pm-11pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. The operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance.
PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $19.19-27 and will be based on relevant work experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
- Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely.
- Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
- Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs.
- Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
- Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
- Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Familiarity with basic design principals and modular furniture planning
