Production Operator I - Day Shift

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Production Operator I for our new factory in Columbus, Ohio.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Associate I to join our new factory in Columbus. The Production Associate I will primarily be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring the quality of output, and adhering to standard operating procedures. This role typically reports to a production supervisor.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate production equipment to produce various commercial products following specifications, blueprints, and diagrams.Monitor production output to ensure quality and conformance to required metrics.Maintain accurate records of production activities, reporting any inconsistencies or equipment issues in a timely manner.Adhere to established safety protocols, including material handling guidelines and the use of protective gear.Provide timely feedback on any production abnormalities or deviations from SOPs.Assist new employees and team leaders in achieving their tasks and work targets. Accept temporary job reassignments as needed.Execute work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist the team leader in meeting various production goals.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
