Contract Analyst

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Contracts Analyst with the ability to multitask. The Contracts Analyst will manage and upload rebate contracts, request rebate contracts from vendors, and respond to emails in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

You will~

Request contracts from vendors. Request and update renewal contracts for those due to expire. Follow up with vendors regarding rebate contract requests. Upload rebate contracts with attention to detail. Register end users with the vendor and within our S2K system. Review Network notices of contract changes and renewals for assigned vendors. Review Buyers Edge contract changes and renewals for assigned vendors. Review reports to maximize rebate dollars Review reports for missing or incorrect rebate costs and making the proper adjustments Reconce rebate denial reports and making the proper adjustments

Qualifications

You have~

A College Degree 1-3 years of similar work experience Basic math skills Microsoft office experience, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)

Salary~ $50,000 - 60,000

Work schedule~ Monday - Friday, 8a-5p
