Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Head Volleyball Coach at Incarnate Word Academy High School. The Head Volleyball Coach will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's volleyball program. This includes planning and leading practices, developing game strategies, conducting skill training sessions, and coaching during matches. The Head Volleyball Coach will also be responsible for evaluating and selecting team members, coordinating team schedules and travel arrangements, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
Full-time option if you are ceritified in teaching.
Qualifications Volleyball and Coaching skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in training athletes and developing game strategiesPassion for education and working with high school studentsKnowledge of rules and regulations of volleyballAbility to motivate and inspire athletesStrong organizational and time management skillsPrevious coaching experience is highly preferredFirst Aid and CPR certification is a plus
