Responsibilities
Calculate and verify complex divisions of interest. Identify property disposition and acquisition opportunities. Act as a public affairs liaison in communities on behalf of the employer and maintain the land inventory of the employing municipality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
8+ years in title experience with chaining HBP title. Exposure to Texas. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
