TITLE: IT Quality Assurance Application Administrator
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Quality Assurance Application Admin to join their team!
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Quality Assurance Application Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the IT Quality Assurance Application Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and administering our OpenText ALM and UFT platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, efficiency, and reliability of these critical tools that support our software testing and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and administer the OpenText ALM platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize the ALM system Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UFT scripting, execution and integration with other testing tools Execute and support Platform upgrades and patches as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in administering OpenText ALM and UFT platforms. Strong understanding of software development and quality assurance processes. Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., VBScript) for test automation purposes.
