We are looking for a Oracle Cloud SCM Lead.It’s a 100% Remote position.6 months Plus ContractRate: Open Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM - LeadJob Function: The Oracle Cloud SCM - Lead is a role within the RCM Life Sciences organization. The Oracle Cloud SCM - Lead will be responsible for supporting implementation and upgrade projects around Oracle ERP (and related technologies) for RCM's Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare Medical Device) clients.

Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the system implementation and set up for Oracle ERP core SCM (DP, SP, INV, WMS, BOM etc)Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions around Supply Chain related topics and provide expert level guidance on Oracle best SCM/WMS practicesCollaborate with users to identify gaps, capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality, and development of solutions.Configure Oracle ERP to meet Business RequirementsLead configuration and business process walk through with the clientServe as the lead Subject Matter Expert within the Oracle SCM/WMS functional areasPerform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads.Go-Live preparation and cut-over supportPost-production supportProvide estimates and timelines to deliver functionality based on Business RequirementsProvide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockersProvide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Oracle Cloud SCMQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud SCM projects and upgrades within the Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech) industry.Strong cross-functional experience and extensive domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory Management, Cost Management, Procurement Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management) and good understanding of supporting ERP Manufacturing & Quality Management Cloud modulesExperience with full software development life cycle (SDLC) – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications.Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Oracle Cloud solutions.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skillsStrong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in an agile delivery environment.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
