Business Analyst

Inclusively is partnering with a multinational universal bank to hire a Lead Reference Data Business Analyst. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

As a Lead Reference Data Business Analyst, you will lead the development of Stargate Program using the Subject Matter Expertise of the Goldensource, Instrument and Pricing Reference Data Knowledge and Software Engineering skills. This is a techno-functional role where you is expected to be involved in all stages of software development, focusing on requirement Gathering, data analysis as well as troubleshooting, investigation and root-cause analysis of production support issues.

We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). What will you be doing?Managing Stargate Technology Team to build and Deliver the Stargate Reference and Pricing Data PlatformImplementing proper SDLC and Development Control to the entire global team delivering Stargate PlatformCollaborating with Consumer Adoptions Stream, Data Remediation Team, Distribution Team to build the platform in eternityOwning the Definition of Done, JIRA Platforms and reporting for the Stargate Program DevelopmentWorking within a globally distributed teams to deliver business features for global sales and trading platformWorking together with Stargate Project and Program managers to plan, provide proper visibility and status on each of the deliverablesWorking with Operations and Production Support to provide solutions, tools and technique to reduce manual effortsImplementing UAT/Production handover procedures to deliver software monthly or bi-weekly into production

What we’re looking for:In depth and extensive understanding of building Instrument and Pricing Reference Data Platforms in Large Financial Services businessIn depth and extensive knowledge and experience in building with Goldensource TechnologyExperience in working in Large Sell Side or Buy Side Organizations as Team Lead for delivering Instrument and Pricing Reference Data Broad knowledge and understanding of various Instrument Asset Classes like Fixed Income, Equity, Funds and Derivatives
