📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking part-time coaches or paid interns for rewarding and uplifting inclusive sports enrichment programs! This is a paid opportunity with room to grow in hours and commitment. Prior sports coaching experience not needed – we are looking for individuals who have a desire to promote both physical and social education with youth that possess a variety of skill and ability levels!
We are running sessions across Massachusetts, including programs in Danvers, Peabody, Beverly, and Hamilton Wenham specifically - if you're looking for more hours, you can work multiple sessions per day or in multiple towns! Sessions start at the end of April and run through June (start dates are flexible depending on when you're trained).

Summary of Position
The Coach will teach children a variety of age-appropriate fitness, sports, and social skills using the Inclyousion Sports curriculum. The Coach will be trained on Inclyousion Sports program requirements, behavioral strategies and tools, inclusion principles and all other coaching expectations before beginning job requirements. The Coach will collaborate with parents, Inclyousion Sports partners, and Inclyousion Sports team members and will positively represent the Inclyousion Sports brand.
Pay & Benefits$20 per 50-minute class (2-3 classes per weekend day, for 8 week sessions) Opportunity to work multiple weekend days as well as add additional classes if the programs are successfulBonus program based on individual contribution to company goals$100 referral bonus for referring additional coaches (must remain actively employed for minimum of 6 months)Potential for promotion to Regional Coach level for the highest level performers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coach an assigned group of children through 50-minute sessions, teaching sports, social skill development, safety, fair play and sportsmanship, through the established methods of Inclyousion Sports.Assist the parents of children in the program with supporting the child’s skill development, as applicable.Responsible for management of sporting equipment used in classes.Ensure children are supported with equal playing time, regardless of level of ability.Establish and maintain positive team spirit.Adhere to all Inclyousion Sports policies, objectives, and rules.
Qualifications:Prior experience working with, teaching, or coaching children – this could include teachers, physical education professions , physical therapy / physical therapists, reading therapists, sports management professionals, behavior therapists or behavior techs, paraprofessionals, speech therapists, or any special education professionalsDesire to work with and support children with a range of abilitiesMaintains a high level of professionalism, patience, maturity, and dependabilityMinimum availability to work 2-3 hours on a Saturday or Sunday for 8 consecutive weeks (potential for additional hours or working both weekend days as desired)Excellent oral communication skillsAccess to reliable vehicle and ability to travel to class locations
