Manager Finance - FP&A Expense Leader

Job Summary: Manages finance operations in one or more functional area

Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US)

Main Responsibilities

Ownership of Month-end reporting and commentary deck including insight of data and analytics Maintain internal reporting on Functional level and provide analysis to business leaders and executives to drive financial and business results. Analyze and report financial results and key drivers against budget forecast identifying risks and recommendations for reporting purposes. Evaluate financial performance and make recommendations through insightful management reporting by demonstrating engagement and collaboration with Functional leaders. Timely and accurate preparation of Functional expense budgets including a consolidation of multiple companies’ budget/forecast P&Ls. Performs ad hoc financial and operational analyses, and special projects as assigned. Works with functional leaders to assess strategy on new business opportunities Identifies key performance indicators. Models’ developments. May be responsible for budget or cost analysis. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: 7 years’ relevant work experience to include leadership

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
