Client Relations Manager Primary Division: BaseballPrimary Job Location: Chicago, ILReports to: Director of Client RelationsJob Status: Full Time, Salaried Exempt Independent Sports & Entertainment (ISE) is a leading representation, management, marketing and property sales agency building legacies for world-class talent, brands and properties around the globe. ISE seeks a passionate, dynamic and driven Client Relations Manager in their downtown Chicago, IL office to support its baseball division and clients. This position will report to ISE’s director of client relations.

Responsibilities:Work cohesively with agents in support of ISE’s client-centric mindsetLead the day-to-day management of client relationships including, but not limited to, locating and securing spring training and in-season housing, securing and managing automobile transport and ordering, logging and tracking equipmentManagement of concierge duties such as booking travel, transportation, and hospitality including restaurants, vacations and special eventsPlan and host office event and recruiting meetingsCreate, maintain and ensure accuracy of client files using CRM softwareSupport agents and entire division with day-to-day operations and administrative duties including ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:Comprehensive knowledge of sports and a passion for baseballExperience facilitating, supporting and managing relationships with high-profile athletes and agentsStrategic thinker with strong writing, communications and project management skillsThrive in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlinesExtremely organized with an acute attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and ConcurCollaborative, team-oriented work style with ability to build effective business relationshipsBilingual (Spanish and English) a plus

Eligibility: Associate degree with 1-3 years’ relevant experience in client relations Must be eligible to work in the United States
