Minimum Required SkillsBuild process models and executable workflowsExcellent understanding Appian Group types, Process Designing, Security and CDTUnderstand the rules management and CDT use in Appian Its benefit and disadvantageIntegrate with web services, databases, or other systemsDesign dynamic user interfaces and complete applicationsBuild and apply complex business rulesInterpret and troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects•Expert on designating the reports and develop those using AppianWrites high quality, semantic, testable, maintainable, and well-documented codeClear communication, both written and spoken, across teams and during user experience reviews. Ability to work in a teamExperience performing code reviewsDriven to learn new technologies and is a personally motivated self-starter Preferred SkillsAppian Level 2 CertificationKnowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilitiesFamiliarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrumStrong problem-solving and design skillsAgile development workflowExperience working in a large corporate IT environment with software tools used for design, build, test & debug. Experience with ADA compliance
