Job Title: Mobile TesterLocation: Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX – Hybrid (2-3 Days a week in Office)Duration: 05-06 Months Contract To HireOnly W2
Job DescriptionCurrent initiatives that this resource will be impacting:Mobile platform migration
Key responsibilities:Making enhancements to the platform and mobile testing frameworkAutomating software dev workflowsMaintaining , patching, user resolutionParticipate with scrum ceremonies and planning.Customer request, general maintenance, and enhancements
Must have technical skills/experience:Mobile and browser testing platforms and frameworksProviding quality engineers with useful testing tools and workflowsScripting languages such as Python (or different scripting language that is easily transferrable)Automating software development workflowsDesign, implementation, and maintenance of B2B interfaces (vendor-hosted platforms)Maintenance of applications and software platforms, such as vulnerability remediation, patching, user issue resolution, etc.
Soft skills:Communication, written and verbalPatience with customer issuesTalk across many stake holdersCritical thinkersDemonstrably organized and communicative as a team leaderAble to interact with internal and external stakeholders without supervisionAble to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholdersInvested in the career development of your team membersAble to lead a diverse team through project growth and new user adoption
Education:Bachelors Degree preferred--- experience in lieu is fine
Interview process:2 rds. ITV1 -- informal communication, leadership ( HM, Technical Mgr.)2 --- technical ( panel, sr. engineer)
