• *Position Overview:**We're looking for a dedicated B2B Partnerships Specialist to join our team and help us fulfill our mission. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in building strategic partnerships with businesses, offering them our innovative supplemental insurance solutions to support their employees' health and well-being.
• *Key Responsibilities:**- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential B2B partners within various industries.- Collaborate with partners to understand their specific needs and challenges.- Present our industry-leading supplemental insurance offerings, showcasing their value and benefits.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.- Serve as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• *Qualifications:**- Strong passion for making a positive impact and helping others.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Ability to understand and articulate complex insurance solutions to diverse audiences.- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a desire for continuous growth.-Willing and eager to be out in the community, not behind a desk. If you are looking for a remote position that you can do from within your home, this is NOT the position for you. 95% of our partnerships with clients happen face-to-face, in person (not via computer or phone).- Previous experience in B2B partnerships or sales is preferred but not required.
