We are looking for a Senior Director, Technical Marketing to join our Products team located remotely anywhere in the U.S, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. In this role, you will lead a global team of technical marketing engineers responsible for driving the business with technical marketing collateral (demo videos, product walkthroughs, deployment guides, reference architectures, etc.) and campaigns.
You will also drive our competitive intelligence program, implement technical integrations with leading security vendors, and develop innovative tools to help the field in promoting and selling Infoblox products and solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally among various groups, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Enablement, Solutions Architects, Sales, and Marketing.

What you’ll do:
Hire, lead, train, and mentor a team of world-class technical marketing engineers Drive the Infoblox Competitive Intelligence program by developing the required collateral, ensuring content is up to date, and supporting the field with competitive takeouts Create customer-facing technical content, such as demo videos, deployment guides, and reference architectures to highlight the value that Infoblox brings to customers Build and maintain state-of-the-art, private cloud environments to run technical marketing demo systems, virtual labs, and custom-built web portals Develop and enhance Infoblox technical integrations with leading security and networking companies Collaborate with various teams to support Infoblox’s SaaS solutions
What you’ll bring:
8+ years of experience in a technical marketing or solutions architecture role Experience driving/leading a competitive intelligence program Solid knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, cloud technologies, network security, and SaaS Familiarity with containers/micro-services and deployment methodologies Familiarity with the major orchestration players for data center automation—Ansible, Terraform, etc. Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, NSX, and vCD, as well as Splunk/Elastic Search BS in computer science or equivalent is required

Create a clear charter, roadmap, and processes for the team and communicate it to stakeholders Successfully develop and execute a technical marketing plan for the upcoming product launches Assess and improve the capabilities, effectiveness, and inspiration of the team Develop/enhance several security ecosystem integrations
After About a Year, You Will…
Streamline the role of the TME team in the new product introduction, both outbound and inbound Develop and execute technical marketing plans for the product launches successfully Implement major enhancements to the competitive intelligence program for the field and the product team Roll out new, impactful tools that help the field promote and sell Infoblox solutions
