Responsibilities: The Salesforce Product Owner aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of a roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities as well as defining future deliverables, measuring performance, and adjusting the overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.This individual will additionally advise and align with adjacent teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related fieldExtensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with an emphasis on Sales & Services Cloud3+ years of experience in one or more of these fields:Digital product or agile product managementDevelopment and management of CRM applicationsDemonstrated experience in creating and deploying Salesforce solutions to a large enterpriseProduct orientation with a strong sense of ownershipExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDetail orientation with strong analytical capabilitiesAbility to overcome ambiguity and deliver resultsTeamwork/collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization
