Network & End User Support -- Onsite at Midtown, NY+6 Months RoleMandarin/ Cantonese Mandatory.
Job Description: The consultant’s main responsibilities will consist of the following projects:Desktop/Laptop Windows Version Upgrade projectEnsure the monthly security patches and critical patches are deployed to all workstations and laptopsEnd-user PC improvement projectAssist in the deployment of Windows 10 to new workstations and the hands-on installation and/or migrationIT Hardware Asset-PC write-off projectAssist in PC parts removal and inventoryAssist in organizing blacklist and\or whitelist across platformsPC cross-platform management projectAssist in PC software installation, connection and version controlRequirement:Bachelor's degree or above, IT related preferred;The consultant should have a strong understanding of Windows computers and how they operate.The consultant should have experience with installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and peripherals (printers and scanners).The consultant should also be organized, detail oriented and have basic troubleshooting skills during work.Meanwhile, it is highly required to have communication skills and ability to guide non-technical users with step-by-step solutions to resolve an issue.Other skills required of the consultant are proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows 10 Enterprise environment.Optional skills include but are not limited to, familiarity with Avamar, Cisco Jabber, Ivanti’s LANDESK and MobileIron, Trellix, and Symantec.
