📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Cath-Lab/Catheterization Tech/NursePay Rate: $64 to $71/HRDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Remote (living within 150 miles of Orange County, CA )
Work Hours - Initially 20 Hours a week, (with the possibility of converting to 40 hours/week by September 2024)Work Schedule - Flexible so that one can adjust around their full-time jobOur Client is a Global medical device Manufacturer.We are looking for a Cath Lab Nurse/ Cath Lab Tech. This could be a 2nd job for a Cath Lab Nurse or Cath Lab Tech to work part-time ( 20 hours per week) along with their full-time job. Work schedule is flexible - One can work around their current work schedule in the evenings or weekends.Lead the execution of the THV simulation-based training program through curriculum development, which includes proficiency-based progression (PBP) metrics development, eLearning development, and simulation development. Build and maintain strong relationships with THV professional education teams, proctors, R&D, HCP consultants, and simulation developers.Lead the pilot launch of new simulation-based training programs, which includes communications with the field team, sites, and trainees, eLearning distribution, event planning, and execution, learning analytics reporting, and impact assessment. Responsible for maintaining audit-ready training documentation for pilot events.Update content for global geographies, by the global simulation strategy and the regional product launch strategy.Maintain training content post-launch.Lead the development, continuous improvement, and streamlining of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy by regulatory and company requirements, as well as best practices for future development work.
Requirements:3 years of cath lab experience as a Cath Lab Nurse or Cath Lab Tech.A big plus - structural heart proceduresNice to have - Clinical precepting experienceDetail Oriented - can focus for a long periodWorking knowledge of MS Office Highly prefer a local candidate within a 1-2 hour driving distance from Orange County, CABS degree is required (Cath Lab Tech with AS degree with 5 years of experience is acceptable)
Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 8 years of work experience with strong clinical backgroundMaster's Degree or equivalent 6 years of Experience working in the healthcare industry.
