Commercial Lending Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Commercial Lending Business Analyst. As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.Experience in End-to-End value chain in one or more areas like Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending and Auto Lending.

Preferred Qualifications:At least 6 years of experience in End-to-End value chain in one or more areas like Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending and Auto Lending.Product knowledge in the above-mentioned banking area.Working experience on Agile Methodologies, Process tools like Visio.Strong background of working in Commercial Lending and Customer Relationship Management areaClear understanding of creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for development, and testing.Strong analyst skill to transform BRD to Functional Specification Document. Understand data sourcing requirements, map them to Data Models, identify Gaps, Design solution for gaps.Strong User Management capability.An understanding of Change Management principles, within a banking environment.Fully familiar with Agile Project Delivery model.Initiate discussion with Technology or Operations and work out the business requirements.Cultural sensitivity and awareness to work with a range of people from diverse background and geographies.Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and multi-task on different requirements across Stakeholders.Ability to drive things till closure and exhibit sense of ownership.Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, prone to teamwork.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
