- Management experience • Experience as a technical lead for solutions integrating Cloud Fusion ERP with third party applications• Experience facilitating solution with developers ( third party) and BSAs• JIRA PM experience• OIC / MuleSoft experience• Traditional Tech Lead/Managero Less on the Architecture sideo Must have Oracle side, Oracle Architecture-- OIC platform experience is also a must Right hand man-- discussions with PWC about positioning RICE objects And ensuring that they're evaluating appropriately-- do they belong in OIC, MuleSoft, direct database connection-- APEX vs. Visual builder Working with Steve He has no Developers Doesn't want to give them a blank checko Understanding of the platform-- doesn’t need a certification here at allo Ability to lead a development team and work extensively with a development team-- take them through Agile, Sprints, etc is going to be very important here
