Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Pharmaceuticals/Biotech/Medical Devices) - Sponsorship & AdminW2 Contract & Hybrid role Work Location: Nutley, NJ
Required Education & Experience :-• Associate degree is required.• At least 5 years’ experience in SRM, Concur, CounselLink (AggSpend), DocuSign, Read Soft required• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills, and technology skills (i.e., Skype, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.)• Highly pro-active with the ability to plan and manage tasks and long-term projects with minimum supervision• Highly organized and pays close attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task• Excellent written & oral communication skills Role Expectations:-Ensuring necessary review, routing and approvals of unsolicited sponsorship requests from patient advocacy groups and institutionsEnsure necessary materials are provisioned for events related to sponsorshipsManaging departmental PO processing (i.e., open POs and process invoices)Overall administrative support for the Professional Engagement and Consumer Teams
