Job Title: Payroll/HR AssociateW2 Contract & Hybrid role Work Location: Exton, PA
One of our leading Pharmaceutical Client is looking for a Payroll/HR Associate will support multiple payroll projects and process improvement. This individual should have payroll/human resource business knowledge, in depth ADP and/or Workday knowledge, and system conversion or upgrade experience.
Entry level is acceptable.
Required Skill & Experience
Minimum 0-3 years of experience supporting payroll implementations or conversions for US.In depth ADP and/or Workday knowledge, and system conversion or upgrade experience.Advanced excel skills are required
Responsibilities:Support projects and cross functional initiatives.Act as a resource for Payroll special projects within or across HR groups.Analyze and evaluate data for purposes of conversion from ADP to Workday.Escalate issues/risks pro-actively to appropriate team and members and management. Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management.
