1st shift Mon-Fri 5:00am - 130pm, OT and Weekends as needed

Pay Starts at $18./hr. and can go up based upon experience!

Job Summary

The Assembler will perform various tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. The Assembler works under limited supervision, responsible to perform a variety of duties efficiently with high quality results. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Assignments may change based on business demands. You must have desired technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to interpret instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision.

Responsibilities

Static and dynamic balance of rotating assemblies. Arrange/handle parts using a forklift or overhead crane. Assemble machines per customer specifications/blueprints using standard and special tools. Follow torque specifications. Take and note various measurements. Be willing to ask questions to better understand the process. Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions. Perform general housekeeping of work area.

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. Technical School Diploma a plus. Mechanic experience is a plus. Strong mechanical ability. Proficiency with hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
