Job Summary
We are seeking an experience CNC Machinist who has the ability to work from a part drawing to produce a quality finished product.
Responsibilities
Operate conventional milling and turning machine toolsSet up and run production on CNC machines while managing tool conditions Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburringAdapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment when neededDocument inspection results in SPC data collection workbookMaintain cleanliness (5S) of work area daily
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical Certification or Apprenticeship preferredMinimum of two (2) years’ experience in manual machining and methodizingAbility to problem solveAbility to perform varied and complex tasksAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.
