Basic Functions

Implement product design, product components, and compatible combinations of product components utilizing proven engineering methods to achieve cost targets and desired machine utility.Prepare 3-D CAD configuration models and drawings organizing arrangement and relationship of key components.Establish liaison with production team to ensure product documentation is accurate and adequate for efficient assembly.Interface with Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory Analyst and Production Planning to determine design change requirements.Generate Engineering Change Notices.

Minimum Qualifications

B.S.M.E. or similar degree (preferred) with 4+ years of experienceProficient with 3-D CAD and large assemblies (SolidWorks required)Experience creating 2-D detailed drawings for manufacturing in SolidWorksExperience with SAP desired but not requiredRotating Machinery design experience preferredExperience with piping, tubing, wiring (conduit) designExperience with welded frames, bracketry, and piping designAt minimum must be a lawful Permanent Resident of the US, as this role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
