📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Target Salary: $80k + 10% annual target bonus
Summary: Drive Lean projects aligned with Operational Excellence goals, achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives. Utilize Lean tools and methods to continuously improve processes and facilitate Kaizen events. The ideal candidate will have experience in value-stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and leading Gemba Walks.
Responsibilities
Implement Lean principles and tools for continuous improvement. Participate in the global Lean Leader community for best practices. Enhance Lean knowledge, training, and facilitation skills. Promote associate development in Lean tools and operations. Facilitate Kaizen events and provide Lean training. Assist in Lean transformation planning and resource allocation. Establish operational metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Identify and eliminate workflow bottlenecks and waste.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. Three or more years in high-volume distribution or fulfilment with Lean experience. High system and transactional knowledge. Consultative approach, problem-solving, training, facilitation, change management. Moderate Kaizen facilitation and value-stream mapping experience.
