The Job

Educating prospective patients on how a home dialysis modality can offer comfort and freedomTraining patients on their chosen home dialysis modality; peritoneal or home hemodialysisCollaborating with a Nephrologist to come up with treatment plans that best works for the patientEducational workshops to keep the team up to date on the latest technologies and evidence based practicesFollowing your patients' conditions and lab results to ensure safety and success of their chosen modalityRotating on-call with the help of an answering service to help patients when office is closed

What do you need?

Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure12 months of experience in nursingAdditional 3 months of experience with specific modalityValid Driver's License Current CPR certificationBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationThe ability to reach and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow state members. The desire to make a positive impact on your patients' and their families lives
