📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Input Output Global (“IOG”) is seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal. The candidate will support an in-house legal team and will be responsible for various administrative activities. Candidates must be highly self-motivated, organized, process-oriented and have strong follow up skills. This position requires someone with a strong concentration in reviewing commercial agreements, assisting with corporate governance, corporate transactions, and legal operations.
You will work across practice areas within the Legal Team and other support functions to enable the efficient and effective delivery of legal services to our business and functional partners. You will develop strong relationships with internal constituents and stakeholders including Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations. Responsibilities
Draft, review and amend contracts (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, event contracts) and other legal documents under the supervision of attorneysOrganize and manage the Legal Team’s templates and help develop and manage playbooksDraft corporate documents and support overseeing corporate housekeeping for all IOG’s entities, including assisting with corporate formations, maintenance and managementEnsure necessary regulatory filings are completed accurately and on timeLiaise with Procurement on contract managementAssist with due diligence, including reviewing corporate records, contracts, summarizing findings, and preparing reports for the Legal team and coordinating with external parties and members of other teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment and compliance with plansTrack deadlines and key milestones for various projects, and proactively provide timely updates to relevant partiesConduct legal researchAssist with maintaining IOG’s intellectual Property portfolio for multiple entitiesProvide litigation supportAssist in taking meeting minutesMaintain contract files and records within IOG’s contract and document management systemsProvide regular and proactive status updates to internal stakeholders on contracts, projects, and other legal mattersAssist with other requests or requirements to meet the business needs
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred, but not required) 7+ years of paralegal or legal secretary experience strongly preferred, including in an in-house or law firm environmentHighly organized and process-orientedSelf-motivated and eager to own and execute projectsProficient in business applications such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Alassian (Jira, Confluence), DocuSign, document management systems, contract management systems, and legal enterprise softwareExperience developing and implementing forms, processes, and policiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including proactive communications and responsivenessDiscretion in dealing with highly sensitive informationAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines while working with limited supervisionAble to work independently while also being a team player and able to work collaborativelyComfortable working with colleagues in various time zones around the worldProven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce resultsSupport and handle a variety of ad hoc projects as they arise

Location & Compensation
IOG is a fully distributed organization, and therefore this is a remote position. Due to team distribution, we are only looking for someone in the United States for this role.
The base salary for this position has a range of $70k up to $80k per year at the commencement of employment. Any offer is determined by overall experience and performance during the interview process. This is only part of the total compensation package.
