Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Monmouth Junction, NJ for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The Business Analyst will also be involved in analyzing and modeling business processes.
QualificationsAt least 3 years Experience in the IT/Non-IT industryAnalytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to gather and document business requirementsUnderstanding of business modeling techniquesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesMaster's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
