📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Insight Global is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an engineering client of ours in the Bedford, TX area.
Details: On-site Monday-Thursday from 7 AM - 5 PM (Fridays off)
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3-4 years of experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, timekeeping/time card approvalsExperience with Quickbase, Oracle, Excel, PowerBI, DynamicsMUST be able to pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities: Accurately input information from a variety of sources into computer database/applications to support time and expense entry, work management, invoicing, expense reconciliations or other processes as assignedRun reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completion and accuracyPrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails as directedMeet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner
Compensation: $23/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
