📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Direct placement opportunity with our client, a mid sized general contractor as an Assistant Project Management. As the APM, you will play a crucial role in project management, ensuring successful execution of construction projects. This position is fully onsite at a job site in the DMV or at the corporate headquarters located in Bethesda, MD.
Due to a pipeline of projects and net new projects, this is an urgent need.

Responsibilities:Take meeting minutes during project discussions.Handle submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).Keep project documentation up to date.Assist with change orders and project updates.Obtain necessary approvals.Assist with change order management.Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent.Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for potential projects.Estimate labor costs. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree - engineering, construction management - related fields1-3 years of experience supporting a General Contractor1-3 years as a Project Engineer, or just became APMNeed someone to be comfortable at this level for a couple years (not wanting to become PM in a year)OSHA 10/30 = plus
