📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Day to DayThis person will be joining HDRs water operations team working on projects all over ND, SD, and WY. They will be responsible for conducting and documenting observations of construction as it progresses for civil projects related to civil infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations and pipelines. They will be mentoring junior field staff and collaborating with contractors and project managers. Minimum Requirements- Experience working as an inspector supporting vertical construction – Plant construction is preferred- Strong communication skills. Need to communicate and create partnerships with their clients- High school diploma or equivalent.- Ability to interpret construction schedules Preferred Requirements -Technical school or Associate degree- Relevant Industry Certifications
