Early Childhood Educators (+ SIGN ON BONUS!)

SUMMARYInsight Global is seeking 15+ permanent Teacher Aides, Assistant Teachers, and Lead Teachers to join a local non-profit dedicated to serving underprivileged communities and inspiring the local youth. This non-profit is starting two new programs in Lake County-- one is a 3–5-year-old preschool program and a 0–3-year-old Early Head Start program. Their plan is to open a dedicated building in 2025 in Zion, IL, but in the meantime, they will have these programs in shared spaces in Beach Park, IL and Waukegan, IL. This individual must feel comfortable passing a background check, various health screenings, and working on a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7:30a-6pm.

LEAD TEACHEROpenings: 5+Salary range: $50,000 - $73,000 + $10k sign-on bonus (*Must have bachelor’s degree to qualify for bonus).Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development (CD), or related field with a minimum of 27 credits in Early Childhood.2+ years of experience in Early Childhood or Childcare Program.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer proficiency.Plusses:Bilingual in English and Spanish.PEL Education Certificate / Educator License with ECE approved Endorsement / Special Education Endorsement.

TEACHER ASSISTANTOpenings: 5+Salary range: $30,000 - $41,000 + $5k sign-on bonus (*Must have associate degree to qualify for bonus).Must Haves:Associate degree in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development (CD), or related field.OR Sixty (60) college credit hours with a minimum of fifteen (15) semester hours (6 semester hours of which are in infant/toddler development).OR a Level 3 Infant/Toddler Credential or Infant/Toddler CDA.1+ year of experience in Early Childhood or Childcare Program.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer proficiency.Plusses:Bilingual in English and Spanish.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE, Level 3 or higher Gateways Infant Toddler Credential.

TEACHER AIDEOpenings: 5+Salary range: $30,000 - $32,000 + $3k sign-on bonus.Must Haves:HS Diploma or GED.6+ semester hours of Child Development coursework OR non-expired CDA Certification.1+ years of experience working in an early childhood or childcare program.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer proficiency.Plusses:Bilingual in English and Spanish.
