Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in one of the related fields (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Aerospace, ETC)1-5 years of professional experience in Process or Equipment Engineering Experience working in Modules such as (ALD/CVD/PVD/CMP/Dry Etch/Wet Etch/Diffusion/Epitaxy/Litho/etc)Experience with took sets such as (Tokyo Electron, Applied Materials, ASM, ASML, KLA, etc.)
Plus:Experience working on Wafer Production
Job Description:Equipment engineer will join the module engineering department of the 5-nonometer fab in North Phoenix. You will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - integrity, commitment, innovation, and customer trust. You will focus on improving too performance and availability while meeting uptime and cycle time requirements. Your main responsibilities will be to maintain equipment in clean room environment for quality production. Handle on-duty and fundamental alarm troubleshooting. Installing and qualifying new tool sets according to planned schedule in a timely manner. Finding root cause and solving critical equipment issues. Improving tool uptime availability and driving defect reduction. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for hardware capability enhancement. Building defenses/monitoring system to prevent equipment failure or performance lost. Managing vendor relationships and being responsible for module liaison with facilities, vendor, and manufacturing shift personnel.
