Day to Day:One of the largest healthcare companies in the Bay Area is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join their Sustainability team in Palo Alto. This team supports the companies sustainability program office with initiatives involving hazardous waste and energy conservation.
You will be working cross functionally with multiple teams, high level executives and stakeholders to provide support on multiple projects. You will take notes, calendar manage, email, and work on excel to organize information. This is a hybrid position working hybrid on-site in Palo Alto, CA.
