Job Description – Field Service Engineer
Details:Full-time/direct hire with one of our largest Medical Device clientsTraveling in the Greater NYC area – Long Island, Nassau & Suffolk County, Brooklyn, & Queens$70-$90k base salary with a 10% bonusCompetitive benefits package (medical, 401k matching, PTO, paid leave, etc.)
Must-Have Qualifications: 2-5+ years of Field Service Engineer experienceExcellent customer service and client management skillsQuick learner and proactive mentalityExperience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and installing large products and equipment, preferably within Robotics or Medical Devices
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Previous Medical Equipment experienceMIS, Computer Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree
Day-to-Day:One of Insight Global Medical Device clients is looking for a Field Service Engineer to cover the Greater NYC area. This role will be to travel within the geographic territory to fix, troubleshoot, update, and resolve any equipment issues for their healthcare clients. This role will be to exercise great customer service skills while onsite at the client while doing any proactive/preventative maintenance or critical failure hot fixes.
