Must Haves:Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, International Studies or similar field 3+ years of experience in in program management supporting a federal agency Proficiency with the full Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)Exceptional editing and financial data analysis skills to ensure deliverables submitted to the client for final approval are error-freeExperience with WebEx, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platformsKnowledge of SAP, Maximo, TRIRIGA, or other similar programs supporting federal agenciesAbility to obtain Public Trust

We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented person interested in supporting an international global security program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Supports the federal client with financial analysis and program managementSupports the tracking of all funds related to program execution pertaining to the annual spend planDrafts financial reports as neededDevelops and improves current Business ProcessesConducts burn rate analysis and tracking of expected costsSupports the planning and execution of acquisition activities in support of the Directorate, while managing within established cost, schedule, and performance thresholdsSupports the program’s acquisition project lifecycle processes and artifacts to ensure all requirements for the program have been met in accordance with the spend planSupports efforts to track cost, schedule, performance, and risk managementSupports the development of program out-year budgetsAssists with updating and maintaining cost estimates and related documentation
