📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
A company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a computer-based associate to join their team. This person will be responsible for assisting in the analysis of process improvement data in a industrial manufacturing environment. They will be required to work at a computer for 12 hours a day on a compressed work week schedule (Night shifts receive a 16% shift differential). High School Degree, GED, or Associates in STEM Program (Sciences, Technologies, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)2-8 Years of professional working experienceMS Excel (Data Analysis, Pivot Tables)MS Outlook (email, calendar, navigation)MS PowerPoint (Create and make presentations - to show data)Use of mathematics, science, technology, or engineering principles in responsibilities, or in work environmentWorks well in flexible culture, not always have structure in daily work dutiesVisual recognition of next action steps, code/process memoryWork history is analytical or has analysis in roles Work history is NOT mechanical, and NOT equipment focusedSemiconductor experience is NOT required PAY RATE:$22-24 hr. The function of this role is to monitor and assess the operations of the manufacturing toolsets and wafers to create process improvements.You will be working at multiple screens and with multiple systems to oversee and analyze the information coming directly from these tools.I.e. Excel and internal systemsYou will follow company SOP’s (standard operating procedures) in order to correct errors in the tool or waferI.e. The gas level of tool 3 is too low – I need to follow x procedure to get the correct engineering team onsite to fix this. You will be working in the Headquarters building, at a computer for 12 hours a day on a compressed work week.
