Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Dynamics 365 Analyst for a permanent, full-time opportunity that sits onsite two days per week in Mason, OH. This D365 Admin will be responsible for all Level 2 functions and will be focusing primarily on the CRM Module within D365. Desired Skills & Experience:4+ years of experience within Information Technology3+ years of Dynamics 365 experience (CRM Module preferred)3+ years of experience with SQL / SQL ServerExperience developing, facilitating, and executing user test cases Plusses:Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similarExperience working in a large, enterprise-level organization

Day-to-Day:They will be providing application support to end-users, configuring system enhancements/processes to make sure the system supports the needs of stakeholders. They will also be reviewing and creating CRM customizations as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience providing end-user support, maintaining system documentation, and manage production issues with little supervision.
