PHMSA Regulatory Specialist

Pay: $85-$105/hr (some flexibility here)Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office (some flexibility here as well)

Must-haves - 10+ years of experience working within oil and gas compliance and regulation - Subject matter expert knowledge of PHMSA and experience conducting audits, training, consultation, etc. for oil & gas operators - Strong knowledge of OSHA for PSM facilities. - Oil and gas experience ideally, but PSM facility experience could also work. - Strong project and time management skills Plusses - Experience working at a government/regulatory agency (PHMSA, DOT, etc.) - Bachelor's or Master's degree Day-to-Day Insight Global is looking for a PHMSA Regulatory Advisor to join a large oil and gas provider in Greeley, CO. The main responsibilities for this individual will be to provide regulatory compliance consulting and training which includes, but is not limited to: conducting PHMSA compliance audits and reports, creating DOT operations & maintenance manuals, conducting jurisdiction analysis, High Consequence Area (HCA) identification, and developing pipeline Integrity Management Programs (IMP). This person will be creating correction plans for anything that is not currently in compliance with PHMSA requirements and working cross-functionally across divisions to help drive the programs to completion. That said, this person will need to have great communication and project/time management skills. Lastly, this person will help with 1 PSM facility as well so strong OSHA knowledge is also required.
