Plusses:Trade School Certification in Electronics or related fieldExperience in a chemical manufacturing environment (working with sealants, adhesives, mortars, primers, and intermediates)Great communication skills Day to Day:Insight Global is seeking a Production Operator to join one of our Chemical Manufacturing clients in Lakewood, New Jersey. This position will be responsible for operating manual or semiautomatic systems to process chemical substances into industrial or consumer products (such as sealants, adhesives, mortars, primers, and intermediates). Additionally, this person will be using a forklift to package, palletize, shrink-wrap, and place products into a staging area. It is expected that this person can understand, analyze and resolve technical problems in the work area while adhering to all safety guidelines. There are both 2nd and 3rd shift openings for this role.
