Job DescriptionOne of our largest and most reputable construction management clients is looking for a Sr. Superintendent to join their team in Western, Massachusetts. The office is based in Worcester but the primary project is initially based in Pittsfield. The Superintendent will be updating schedules, overseeing site activities and working directly with the construction team, subcontractors and the owners. The initial project is a large scale expansion of a medical center located in Pittsfield and all future projects will be located in the Western part of Massachusetts. We are looking for Superintendents who have experience working on large capital C&I projects including but not limited to hospitals, universities and other major buildings. The Superintendent should have an unrestricted CSL that is active in the state of Massachusetts.
