Route Sales Representative

MUST HAVES:Candidates must meet requirements outlined by Department of Transportation for driving regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbsActive driver’s licenseAt least 21 years oldObtain DOT medical certification (They will pay for this if candidate doesn’t possess one currently)Provide previous employment documentationHigh school diploma or GEDStrong customer service skillsAbility to lift 50 poundsManager is looking for a "Blue collar work ethic with a white collar mindset"Culture fit very important, reliability high emphasized Plusses:Past sales/customer service experience DAY2DAY: Outline:10 weeks of trainingCombination of being out on the road with another SSR, learning about Cintas services offerings, how to cross sell to existing customer accounts, etc.Begin day around 5-5:30 am at the facility to prepare/load the truck with products to deliver along the route.20% is actually driving the truck, the other 80% is focused on relationship building and customer interaction.While dropping off products to clients, this position will be the face of Cintas to their customer base. They will be responsible for building rapport with key decision makers and ensuring quality standards are being met.Responsibilities also include growing the existing customer base by cross selling additional products/services, controlling inventory and negotiating service agreement renewals.

Direct Placement Roles: Compensation:$22.40/hr then base salary after 10 week training period + commission.
