Sales Support Analyst

Required Skills and Experience:* Three years of experience in related duties and responsibilities in sales/purchase orderprocessing* Operational knowledge of SAP for order processing* Advanced Excel knowledge* Must be process driven, analytically sound, motivated and possess strong technical knowledge* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate atall levels within the organization* Proven track record in customer satisfaction (internal and external)* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Nice to Have Skills and Experience:*Bilingual in Korean*Quickbase experience Job Description:Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am -- 5pm (ONSITE). There would be no requirement to work weekends. The Sales Support Analyst will provide support and will work closely with our sales team to ensureaccurate data and reporting of sales information. The position will provide administrative support to oursales team and be responsible for updating and maintaining all systems and processes. Day to Day:* Enter new sales orders and/or purchase orders into the SAP system immediately after receiptfrom customer; act as key liaison for Sales Directors to process incoming orders via mail,telephone, e-mail and online ordering.* Perform expedient review for quality and completion to ensure that purchase orders, productrequirements and price are accurate.* Track status of purchase orders (PO's) and prioritize staging/shipping against open orders andcustomer demand.* Provide 6-month forecasting for needed product by account with input from each Sales Directorand internal stakeholders and users.
